SELECTION REQUIREMENT OF THE TRANSPORTERS FOR RAW MILK TRANSPORTATION The Company is interested to invite offers from the reputed transporters who fulfill eligibility criteria of the Company for transportation of Raw Chilled Milk from its Milk Pooling points in villages /Bulk Milk Coolers (BMCs) in rural areas to its various Milk Chilling Centres/ processing plants of the company. (1) Type of vehicles: S.No. Type of Raw Material Type of Vehicles 1 Raw un-chilled milk from Village Milk Pooling Points (MPPs) to MCCs/BMCs Non-insulated Jeeps, Pick-up Van, Tata Ace etc (open/covered Type) 2 Raw Chilled Milk from BMCs to MCCs/Plant : Insulated Tankers 3 Raw Chilled Milk from MCC to Plant Insulated Tankers   (2) Categories of Vehicles for Raw Milk Transportation S.No. Type of Vehicle Loading Capacities 1 Small commercial vehicles like Tata Ace, Mahindra Maximo, Maruti Super carry, Ape Piaggio etc. 500 to 600 Kgs 2 Pick-up Jeeps (Mahendra Bolero, Tata 207, Leyland Dost etc.) 900 to1000 Kgs 3 Insulated Small Tankers (4 Wheels) 3500 to 6000 Kgs 4 Insulated Medium tankers (6 Wheels) 9000 to 12,000 Kgs 5 Insulated Large tankers (10 Wheels) 15,000 to 17,000 Kgs 6 Insulated Extra-large tankers (12 Wheels) 20,000 Kgs and above (3) Basic eligibility : a. Experience in the field of transportation of perishable goods like milk /fruits/vegetables will be preferred b. Willingness to work in odd hours i.e. early morning and late night throughout the year. c. Having at least one vehicle in his or firm name and provide RC of the same. d. PAN Card e. Photo ID proof and Address Proof f. Current Account of Bank g. FSSAI License for milk transportation h. Valid vehicle insurance i. Valid Vehicle Fitness certificate to run the vehicle j. Credentials basis the working in Mother Dairy or similar organizations k. Transporter should have technical and financial capabilities necessary to perform as per the agreement and meet its requirements. l. Infrastructure: fleet size and availability of different capacities in its fleet. m. The transporter shall not be under a declaration of ineligibility for corrupt and fraudulent activities issued by any organization. n. The vendor should not be blacklisted by any organization. SELECTION REQUIREMENTS OF THE TRANSPORTER FOR MILK (BULK VENDING & POLY PACK ) The Company interested to invite offers from the reputed transporters, who fulfill eligibility criteria of the Company We are seeking to register reputed transporters for transportation of “Mother Dairy” brand milk and other milk products across various locations in the Country. 1. The transporter should have following vehicles of different capacities in his/her name or his/ser business associate:   a. Insulated trucks   b. Insulated tankers   c. Refrigerated trucks 2. The transporter should have at least one year experience in the transportation of perishable products and should have valid PAN card, AADHAR card, current account in bank, valid FSSAI transportation license and meet all other statutory requirements applicable to run the vehicle.
