Mother Dairy Fruit & Vegetable Private Limited (Hereinafter referred to as “Mother Dairy”) a Company incorporated under the Companies Act, 1956 having its Registered Office at “Mother Dairy”, Patparganj, Delhi 110 092 and Corporate Office at A3, NDDB House, Sector 1, Noida – 201301 (U.P.) Mother Dairy is engaged in the business of manufacturing, procurement, processing, packaging, sale, supply, distribution and marketing of various food articles including Milk & Milk products under brand name Mother Dairy, frozen fruits, fresh vegetables, fruit products under the brand name ‘SAFAL’, edible oils under the brand name ‘DHARA’ and other food articles in the NCT Delhi and other parts of the Country.

Mother Dairy wishes to draw the attention of its customers and the general public to the prevalence of the fraudulent activity being perpetuated by fraudsters who aim to deceive and defraud customers of Mother Dairy and the general public. It has come to attention of Mother Dairy that its brands “Mother Dairy”, “Safal” and “Dhara” including its logos and address are being used to defraud the public through false/fake websites purporting to be that of Mother Dairy.

It has come to our notice of certain cases wherein general public has received communication(s) through e-mails/website/telephonic calls/SMS/WhatsApp for appointment as distributor/franchise/dealer/agent/retailer-Rented Shops Mother Dairy, Safal and Dhara. We understand that some unscrupulous persons/fraudsters/cyber criminals posing themselves of the Company have been demanding money in certain specified bank(s) in lieu of providing distributorship/franchise/dealership/agent/retailer-Rented Shop of the Company. We would like to caution the general public at large not to fall prey to such fraudulent activities of fraudsters/ cyber criminals. These fraudsters/cyber criminals through illegal means are resorting to usage of our Company’s name, it’s trademarks & logo, products over the lookalike website/domain with an aim to dupe innocent people, while tarnishing the image of the Company and its brands.

We hereby urge the general public at large not to get misled by such illegal communications purportedly made by the fraudsters/cyber criminals through any means of communication. These fraudsters/ cyber criminals have been using fake email ids/domain names which may appear similar to Company’s authorised email ids/domain names. The Company has not authorized any person to collect any online payment/cash deposit from any individual/group as a pre-formality for being appointed as a distributor/franchise/dealer/agent/retailer-rented shop. The Company bears no responsibility for any such fraud/cybercrime activity.

We caution to general public at large that neither the Company/or its officers call any person for money using Paytm, Google Pay, UPI, WhatsApp, Cash receipt.

In interest of public at large, we are also sharing below the bank account details for this purpose; through which transactions for new appointment of authorized distributors/franchise/retailer-Rented Shop are routed through after their due verification process.

Members of the public are hereby advised not to send/receive money to/from such scamsters, as Mother Dairy will have NO LIABILITY whatsoever for any and all losses/damages suffered by anyone who falls victim to such scams/letters/emails/calls from fraudsters.

In view of Mother Dairy’s constant endeavor to provide the best and unparalleled support to its customers. Mother Dairy has taken appropriate legal action against some scamsters and recently vide Delhi High Court Order dated 30.05.2019, retrained one such fraudster from using domain name deceptively similar/look-a-like to Mother Dairy and also restrained from dealing with mark “Mother Dairy” or logo belonging to us. Mother Dairy will continue to take legal action against such scamsters.
